Daniella Dooling’s current work pursues an interest in the dislocation between the known and the unknown creating and unearthly ambiance in a dialogical performance of both an alien beauty and the earthly shock. A member of the Colgate faculty from 1992-2001, Professor Dooling received her BFA from the School of Visual Arts and her MFA from Yale University and is a Visiting Associate Professor at Bard College. She is represented by Michael Steinberg Fine Art, NYC. Her work is currently on view in “Dangerous Beauty” at the Chelsea Art Museum.
